Everything was great, had a such great stay for the price. The room was big size & beautiful, with ac. The staff was welcoming and really kind when needed. The location was marvellous, for example, Piazza Garibaldi was within a close distance from the hotel.

The room was nice cosy, had essentials, like a hairdryer, a bidet, and bath sheets. The check in was early, the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect and excellent - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel itself was in an interesting area, close to transportation and convenience stores as well as shopping center.

Came in La Spezia for trip, the hotel met requirements. The location was perfect and excellent - just off the train station and the city center, and the city center. A few times I ate at Pulcinella, located not too far away from the property.

The breakfast was sumptuous, and included eggs, cereals and bacon. In my large room I had satellite television, two windows and facilities to make tea. The staff was absolutely incredible and provided first-class service. Restaurant in hotel was small and the pool area was excellent.
